About Glazier's Market

A History of Superior Service
Glazier's Market is owned by Kevin and Mary Glazier and Barry and Sharon Glazier. The store has been open since 1983, which makes it the longest operating store in the area. We have been serving Kanab and the surrounding communities for many years.
Also on the corner is the Stage Stop Chevron Convenience Store, operating since 1978. We took over the day-to-day operations of the business in 2005 for our father Mel and uncle Garth.
We believe in being a viable part of the local communities, religious denominations, schools and all local service clubs and organizations. We firmly believe the service provided by the citizens of our fine communities is what makes this area the best in the world! Like the local stores before us - Bunting's Market, Dan's Market, Mace's Market, and Center Grocery to name a few - we are and always will be committed to our area.
Our success not only comes from our great and dedicated employees, but especially from our customers who are our friends and neighbors.
Perhaps it sounds like every other grocery store when we say that we are dedicated to offering the best service and the highest quality products at the lowest possible price. But we take this part of our philosophy serious. And so, we have identified a few areas that will help us do a better job than other stores.
Competitive Prices, Small-Town Values
We serve the people of our community. We feel strongly that our customers deserve the same selection and value in our community as they would enjoy elsewhere. We carry most of the same items that you find in the large chain stores. We maintain low prices always. We offer rewards to our loyal customers through our Prize Points card. We compete on equal terms with anyone, including the national chainstores.
We believe in keeping jobs, taxes and money in our community. All of our employees live in the area and spend most of the money they earn right here. Our company is located and pays taxes in our community. And, when a quality product is offered by a producer, we carry it. This helps build our community and creates a higher standard of living for all.
We believe in treating our employees with the same dignity and respect we reserve for our customers. We believe in the worth of the individual and believe that employees that recognize their own worth will more easily recognize the worth of others. This also results in lower turnover, resulting in lower training expenses, which results in a leaner more efficient organization.
Finally we believe in community involvement. That is the reason that you will find us supporting community events. We are interested in being good citizens and we are proud to be a part of our community. We hope that we make you proud of us.
